Ltd.. By inspiring passionate entrepreneurs to rent out their stalls, this would enable the former to push their businesses further into the market. Thus, establishing K15 Foodpark Pte. Ltd. as a platform designed to assist like-minded business owners who wish to develop and grow their personal careers.

K15 is focused on renting out rooms, placed above coffee shops and/or food courts, to the employees of the respective eateries. This makes it convenient for both the employees (who could be permanent residents) and employers as it lessens the hassle of travel and unnecessary fret.
